What is Margadarshini?

Margadarshini, a project by Vision Foundation, is a comprehensive career guidance and counseling initiative designed to empower underprivileged students. The project aims to bridge the gap between students' potential and their career aspirations by providing personalized guidance, mentorship, and support.

Objectives of Margadarshini:

1. Career Assessments: Young People undergo psychometric tests and assessments to identify their strengths and interests. Guiding the young people to have a goal in their life. SWOT Analysis.
2. One-on-One Counseling: Personalized counseling sessions help students set career goals and create a roadmap to achieve them.
3. Mentorship: Experienced professionals mentor students, sharing industry insights and best practices.
4. Career Workshops: Interactive workshops and seminars expose students to various career options and industry trends.

Estimate Expenses:

We will provide 3 Psychologists and Educators on honorarium basis. Each person will be paid Rs 30,000/- per month. For tthese 3 resourse persons we will spend 90,000/- Per month and it will come around Rs 10,80,000/- a year. The Margadarshini project would need to cover these expenses for 3 resource persons (Psychologists and Educators), which will come around Rs 10,80,000. This estimate may vary depending on the specific requirements and circumstances.
