    CSR-1, or Corporate Social Responsibility registration, is a mandatory requirement for organizations seeking to undertake CSR activities in India. This registration is facilitated through eForm CSR-1, which must be filed with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

    Key Aspects of CSR-1 Registration:

    - Eligible Entities: Section 8 companies, registered public trusts, and societies with valid 12A and 80G certificates can register for CSR-1.
    - Purpose: The primary objective is to ensure that only genuine and eligible organizations receive CSR funds from companies.
    - Benefits: CSR-1 registration enhances an organization's credibility and allows it to receive CSR funding, promoting transparency and accountability in CSR spending.

    Documents Required for CSR-1 Registration:

    - PAN Card: Permanent Account Number of the entity
    - Registration Certificate: Proof of registration under applicable laws
    - 12A and 80G Certificates: Tax exemption certificates
    - Digital Signature Certificate (DSC): For authorized representatives
    - Details of Governing Body Members: Information about the organization's management
